Today was my day to be with my sisters in Christ – in the morning, my covenant sisters, in the evening, my new friends who I’m meeting through my roommate.  There is something quite powerful when women of God gather together to pray & study God’s Word.  We uplift one another & there’s none of the catty sniping that many people associate with women.  

We tell each other bits of our stories & we are heard & validated.
